Funny thing is that there is some brass left and a mark (scratch) from screwdriver etc on it. But the hole is not empty like missing something and that's not the screw either...if that screw is made of brass it's now broken. Most likely previous owner tried to find this screw also, but obviously failed. Bike is running fine, so I think nothing is broke. Perhaps it's good to have a mechanic look that up.

I may try another approach to set the needle, it is adjustable to certain limit by itself. There is a spacer under that white spacer that can be moved lower, it has the allmost same effect.
